i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location is great for shops and restaurants. on-site parking was a bonus. the hotel is clean and tidy.
the executive room was sparsely furnished. some complimentary refreshments could be added to the mini-fridge. tv channels were sparse and restricted.

The hotel is close to the city center. I had a good stay. The staff was very friendly. The room had everything I needed and was large. Breakfast choice was very good and also plenty.

The hotel is near the Utilita Arena and Saint David's shopping center. Many bars and restaurants are nearby, offering several dining options. I found the location very convenient, shops being only a five minutes walk.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, which i found superb. The breakfast staff worked hard and were cheerful. Coffee stations at breakfast also were good. The restaurant offers diverse menus with local and international cuisine.

All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful which I appreciated. The check-in staff explained everything about the hotel and all its facilities. I asked for veggie options at breakfast and they quickly brought us freshly cooked veggie sausages.

Umbrellas were available to HIRE in reception. I think is a great idea because I had forgotten mine. There is parking at the hotel, this seems to be in very high demand. The aircon in our room worked excellent.

My room was spacious with views of the city which i liked. The bathroom was a good size. The room includes basic amenities such as a hairdryer and toiletries. There are clean towels, also great.
